General Manager

We are searching for an energetic and strategic leader to guide this remarkable lodge. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of high-end safari hospitality and the ability to deliver world-class experiences that seamlessly merge luxury with authenticity.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all lodge operations, ensuring impeccable guest service.
  • Develop and implement innovative experiences that highlight the destination.
  • Recruit, train, and empower staff to embody excellence and professionalism.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between front of house, guides, and F&B teams.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgets, and cost control.
  • Drive sustainability and conservation-focused initiatives in line with our ethos.
  • Host with presence, ensuring each guest feels personally cared for.
