Seasoned and hands‑on General Manager to lead an established precast concrete manufacturing business. This role suits a strategic technically minded leader with strong commercial acumen and a commitment to operational excellence. You’ll be passionate about people driven by customer satisfaction and confident using data to guide continuous improvement. A natural relationship‑builder who engages genuinely across all levels from clients and shareholders to staff on the manufacturing floor.

Minimum Requirements

• Technical degree (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Construction Engineering or similar)
• Commerce‑related Honours or Masters degree is an advantage
• 8 or more years in management specific to precast concrete manufacturing or a similar industry
• 5 or more years at a senior/strategic management level
• Proven financial, operational and data‑driven decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and people leadership skills
• ISO OHSA and ERP/MRP systems experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise operational performance across the business
• Lead the execution of growth strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive profitability through cost control, budgeting and forecasting
• Champion a culture of high performance, accountability and collaboration
• Build strong internal and external relationships across teams, clients and contractors
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and environmental compliance standards
