The Future Pro: Project Manager – NBA South Africa supports the coordination and execution of projects across various departments, gaining exposure to the operations of NBA Africa and the BAL League.
This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate and involves assisting with administrative tasks, event logistics, stakeholder communications, and project tracking.
The position offers hands‑on experience in cross‑functional collaboration, marketing support, and community engagement, while developing foundational skills in project management and organizational effectiveness.
Project Support: Assist in coordinating projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder inputs; support scheduling, documentation, and follow‑ups to ensure smooth project execution; help monitor progress using basic project tools and templates.
Team Collaboration: Work with cross‑functional teams to support integrated initiatives; assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing action items; help maintain communication and alignment across departments.
Reporting and Documentation: Compile basic reports on project progress and operational activities; ensure accuracy and timely updates for internal stakeholders.
Marketing and Content Coordination: Support timelines and deliverables for marketing and content initiatives; assist with asset tracking and communication between creative and digital teams.

2 years of work experience, preferably in project coordination, administrative, or similar role within a fast‑paced environment and administrative or operational roles within a project environment.
Higher education institution (vocational school, professional degree, university degree, or master's degree) in related field.
