A global fund administration provider in Cape Town is seeking an experienced financial professional to prepare annual financial statements and manage auditing processes. The ideal candidate will hold at least a B.Com Accounting and possess strong knowledge of IFRS along with excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum B.Com Accounting or equivalent is required.
• Experience in audit or fund accounting is preferred.
• Must have advanced skills in Excel and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual financial statements for all funds.
• Manage the audit process from start to finish.
• Serve as the main contact for auditors.

Skills

Accounting qualification (minimum B.Com Accounting)

Audit experience or fund accounting experience

Advanced Excel and MS Word skills

Knowledge of IFRS

Knowledge of US and Luxembourg GAAP

Understanding of hedge funds and fund structures

Excellent communication skills
