About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of robust front end solutions using modern web technologies
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences.
• Champion performance, scalability, and accessibility across all front end projects.
• Write clean, maintainable, and modular code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• Actively contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions across the engineering team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in web technologies, frameworks, and design systems, applying them thoughtfully to improve product quality and development velocity.
• Debug and resolve front end issues with an eye toward improving user experience and application reliability.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
