Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Minimum PSIRA Grade C (registered and current)
• CPO course with SASSETA Unit Standards or Equivalent
• Medical Level 3 (current)
• Advanced Driving (current)
• SAPS issued firearm competency for HG (SG & SLR will be an added advantage)
• Drivers license current (PDP will be an advantage)
• Applicant will be subjected to driver evaluation, automatic vehicle driving skills are preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Computer Literacy is essential
• Presentable with impeccable attention to detail
• No Criminal record
• At least 1 year’s experience as a CPO
• Own reliable transport
• Minimum Fitness and Shooting standards (Regulation 21) must be achieved
• Candidates will undergo Social Media, ITC (Credit) and Criminal Record Checks
• Candidates will be expected to undergo a Polygraph test and drug test prior to employment
