Franchise Manager – Cape Town

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up SOPs for all clients across the delivery platform
  • Constantly monitor and upgrade SOPs where necessary
  • Assist with training and set up of new franchises
  • Train SOPs at a franchisee level
  • Monitor, manage and maintain required franchise service levels
  • Ensure franchisees adhere to Hub Setup Manual and Franchise Agreement
  • Set and manage KPI’s at franchise level
  • Conduct regular audits to assess and measure process and execution performance
  • Travel locally and to regional hubs quarterly
  • Drive company policies, procedures and brand standards through regular auditing processes
  • Guide franchisees towards improved business operations and act as a consultant to drive improvement and success
  • Assist franchisees in training their employees
  • Monitor and measure hub performance and productivity against required Service Level Agreements through system checks and reporting analysis
  • Present solutions to help drive momentum and success of franchise businesses
  • Act as the ‘protector of the brand’ at all times, working towards brand recognition and business growth

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • Matric (grade 12) certificate or similar
  • 3 years top management experience
  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Training experience beneficial
  • Operational experience managing national or regional operations
  • Previous hospitality/retail franchise working experience advantageous
  • Previous experience in logistics industry not required
  • Proven track record in delivery and execution
  • IT or tech savvy advantageous
