Qualifications

• 10+ years' senior operational leadership in SMEs.
• Strong background in operations, logistics, production, distribution, or FMCG-support environments.
• Calm under pressure and able to make decisions independently.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations independently.
• Be the first escalation point for staff, HR, and operational issues.
• Manage line managers and sales execution.
• Protect margins, delivery timelines, and operational discipline.
• Reduce owner involvement to strategic oversight only.
