As a Floor Controller, you will support the store leadership team by developing and managing the floor team, helping the store achieve the highest levels of customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Supporting the store management team to provide outstanding leadership to the store team.
  • Ensuring the team executes operational excellence with a customer-centric approach.
  • Motivating and engaging the store team to achieve high levels of commitment.
  • Managing time effectively by handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Providing input on merchandise and visual presentation principles.
  • Driving store performance through KPIs such as sales turnover, rewards, new accounts, and visual standards.

Must have :

  • A Matric certificate.
  • Minimum of 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in store leadership.
  • High flexibility and adaptability to different customers and situations.
  • A high sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups as per the Employment Equity Act.
