Join Ozow as a FinOps Associate (Revenue Assurance Associate) in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. This role involves managing reconciliations and controls for merchant settlements, pay-outs, and float management, as well as handling system-to-account reconciliations for Ozow's aggregation and float bank accounts.

As part of the Finance team, you will help expand the FinOps function, analyze and create reconciliations to prevent revenue leakage, and support month-end reporting with validated data.

Requirements

1. Relevant tertiary qualification
2. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
3. Ownership and pride in your performance
4. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
5. Advanced Excel skills
6. Good time-management and communication skills
7. Experience in FinTech industry (Pay by Bank, Card acquiring, Crypto advantageous)
8. SQL experience beneficial
