Minimum requirements
- BCom Accounting or BCom Financial Management
- Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
- At least 3 years relevant experience
- Advanced computer literacy, especially Excel
- Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment
- Strong time management skills
- Integrity and honesty
- Willingness to travel weekly between branches
- Hands-on management approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Main Duties
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and reports for management
- Implementation, monitoring, and management of financial systems, procedures, controls, and policies
- Conduct monthly and annual audits
- Manage and support branch administrative personnel
- Assist with training of administrative personnel at branch level
- Travel regularly between branches as required
