Core Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and Analysis : Prepare financial statements and reports, perform financial analysis, and investigate variances to provide strategic insights to management.
• Budgeting and Forecasting : Manage the company's budget and financial planning processes, including annual operating plans and forecasts.
• Accounts Management : Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and debt collection to ensure timely processing and payment.
• Cash Flow and Profitability : Monitor cash flow, assess profitability, identify cost-cutting opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve financial health.
• Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws, and perform risk assessments.
• Fleet Financials : Manage financial aspects related to the truck fleet, including maintenance costs, depreciation, and usage.
• Management Support : Serve as a financial consultant to the General Manager or CEO, assisting with decision‑making on issues like investments and business strategies.
• Systems and Procedures : Implement and maintain financial systems and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Team Leadership : Supervise and provide mentorship to finance and accounting staff.
