POSITION INFO:

An established and growing FMCG business, based in KwaZulu-Natal, is looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager to partner closely with senior leadership, drive commercial insight, and support operational excellence across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Finance Manager in overseeing the full finance function
• Monthly management accounts, reporting, and variance analysis
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Commercial and operational finance support to key stakeholders
• Ensuring strong internal controls and compliance
• Assisting with audits, statutory reporting, and year-end processes
• Driving continuous improvement in processes and reporting
