Job Description
  • Verify all data input in the operational system and ensure compliance with the current Authorization Matrix (daily assessment).
  • Prepare a monthly financial non-compliance report.
  • Collaborate with responsible colleagues and the Managing Director to resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with issues related to the operational program.
  • Support onboarding of new colleagues and local accountants to align with guidelines and ensure compliance.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Degree / diploma in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Business Central knowledge is an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organised and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills (local and global).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Portuguese is an advantage, not mandatory.
