Responsibilities include monitoring compliance, managing budgets, and coordinating with service providers. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in a property-related field and possesses strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. This role includes being available for operational emergencies and requires a Grade 12 or related technical qualification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical or property-related field.
• Ability to lead by example and communicate effectively.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring building management and inspection work.
• Attend to tenants' general comfort and ensure requests are handled promptly.
• Oversee contractual services and ensure scheduled servicing.
• Manage staffing requirements for cleaning, security, landscaping, and waste management.
• Be available for operational emergencies 24/7.
