Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Durban for a HSSE Facilitator and Stores Controller. The HSSE Facilitator is responsible for promoting health, safety, security, and environmental regulations, conducting risk assessments, safety training, and ensuring compliance. The Stores Controller will manage inventory, track orders, oversee the receipt and dispatch of goods, and ensure the efficient operation of the storage facility.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of health, safety, security, and environmental regulations and practices
  • National Diploma or Degree in either Safety, Engineering Trades or Chemical Operations NQF
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and delivering safety training
  • Inventory management and control skills
  • Proficiency in tracking orders, receiving and dispatching goods
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in HSSE and inventory management are a plus
