Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- Valid driver’s license and reliable own transport
- Strong administrative skills with a good understanding of processes and procedures
- Demonstrated success in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills—both written and interpersonal
- Confident in closing sales and handling objections effectively
- Highly target-driven, with a solution-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to manage their own workload and client portfolio independently
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and proactive follow-up
- Collaborate with designers, architects, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand and support project requirements
- Stay informed on the latest product innovations, industry trends, and market developments to provide expert advice to clients
- Respond promptly to inbound leads by setting up meetings and identifying customer needs
- Proactively engage with existing clients while sourcing and securing new business opportunities
- Handle incoming product and service queries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and activities in the CRM system on a daily basis
- Grow the client base by generating leads, developing new business, and expanding existing accounts and networks
- Prepare quotes and proposals accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring they align with client requirements
- Conduct thorough after-sales follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business
- Leverage existing company clients to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product and service offerings
- Provide consultative support to industry professionals—including architects, electricians, engineers, and project managers—ensuring appropriate solutions are offered
- Maintain strong market awareness, including competitor activities and emerging opportunities
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and project execution.
