Are you a strategic leader in property asset management looking to drive large-scale investment strategies? We are seeking an experienced Executive Head: Property Investments to lead a multi-billion-rand portfolio and make an impact in the property investment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Design and implement investment strategies to maximize returns.
2. Portfolio Oversight: Manage a R45 billion direct and indirect property investment portfolio.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership, investors, and key industry players.
4. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of senior property professionals.
5. Compliance & Governance: Ensure alignment with regulatory and governance frameworks.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum NQF Level 8 qualification in Finance, Property, or a related field.
• RE1, RE3, and RE5 certifications (or willingness to complete within 6 months).
• 5+ years of senior management experience in property asset management and investments.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to drive commercial returns.
• Experience in impact-driven investments and large-scale portfolio management.
