Job Title : Executive Assistant to the CEO (Position to be based in Saudi Arabia)

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will have experience in entrepreneurship or business management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative and Organizational Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings with precision and confidentiality.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and strategic discussions.
- Handle email correspondence professionally, including drafting, prioritizing, and following up.
- Maintain and organize agreements, contracts, and official documents.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, events, and internal schedules.
2. Communication and Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications with clarity and discretion.
- Summarize reports, updates, and documentation for the CEO’s review.
- Draft and format official letters, memos, and executive correspondence.
3. Strategic and Operational Support
- Track the implementation of the CEO’s directives and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and report on project progress and team performance.
- Conduct research and analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Prepare and review presentations, proposals, and strategic briefs.
4. Confidential and Executive Support
- Ensure strict confidentiality in all business and personal matters related to the CEO.
- Manage sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
- Act as a trusted partner in managing executive priorities and time.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva).
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and maintain professionalism at all times.
