Job Purpose

This position is responsible to ensure data management governance for Group Finance


Job Responsibilities


  • Creating and enforcing policies for effective data management: Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data.

  • Devising and implementing efficient and secure procedures for data management and analysis: Pay attention to all technical aspects.

  • Establishing data sharing rules: Support others in the daily use of data systems.

  • Monitoring and analyzing information and data systems: Troubleshoot data-related problems and ensure data security and integrity.

  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends: Make recommendations to upper management

  • Collaborating with other bank business divisions: Develop and implement strategies for growth and profitability.

  • Assessing risk and identifying potential issues: Implement solutions to mitigate them.


Formal Qualification


  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Maths, Finance, Business, or a related field.

  • Formal Data Management Qualification like DAMA

  • 3 years Data Management
