Function Nursing Facility Position Enrolled Nurse

A vacancy exists for an Enrolled Nurse based at Life Riverfield Lodge Rehabilitation, reporting to Veronica Lolwana, Unit Manager. The purpose of this role is to conduct nursing activities to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct duties to meet the requirements of quality patient care, ensuring that all nursing activities carried out comply with SANC regulations, relevant legislations and Life Healthcare policies and procedures.
• Maintain all health, safety and infection control standards to ensure a safe patient environment.
• Optimal and efficient resources utilisation.
• Safe and effective maintenance and management of equipment.
• Display a culture of quality towards customer excellence.
• Demonstrate integrity and professional behavior.
• Practice and adhere to all Infection Prevention Principles.
• Comply with the company’s legal and governance protocols as well as clinical and quality auditing processes.
