Role Overview

We are looking for a Drupal Architect to design, develop, and lead large-scale Drupal-based digital platforms for enterprise environments. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role focused on architecture, performance, security, and scalability, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement complex Drupal 9/10 solutions for enterprise applications.
• Lead development efforts and define technical standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain custom Drupal modules, themes, and reusable components.
• Integrate Drupal with external systems such as CRM, ERP, authentication services, and APIs.
• Perform code reviews, security audits, and performance optimization.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions.
• Support and guide development teams through technical leadership and mentoring.
• Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX teams, and business stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–12+ yearsof hands‑on Drupal development experience.
• Strong expertise in Drupal 9/10 (mandatory).
• Solid experience with PHP, Symfony, Composer, MySQL.
• Proven experience developing custom Drupal modules and themes.
• Strong understanding of Drupal architecture and best practices.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and system integrations.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Acquia or Pantheon platforms.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Varnish, Redis, and web performance optimization.
• Background in enterprise‑scale or high‑traffic platforms.
