Collaborate with the CEO to define the operational vision and hiring strategy. Translate corporate strategy into concrete short- and long-term plans. Analyze current internal workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process enhancements for greater efficiency.
Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure the company meets investor growth and profitability targets. Oversee Accounting and partner with the CEO on sales management to budget for near-term growth. Utilize tracking software to monitor KPIs, creating detailed forecasts and taking corrective action where necessary.
Oversee the full Human Resources lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and retention. Cultivate a highly inclusive work environment that maximizes employee productivity and professional development.
Ensure full compliance with all national and local business regulations. Build and maintain high-trust relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to support organizational stability.
Executive Experience: A minimum of 5 years in senior leadership, preferably in Ride-Hailing (Uber / Bolt / Indriver), Logistics, or Car Rental, with a proven track record of driving organizational growth with integrity and resolve.
