Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring top-tier performance and ROI
  • Build and refine GoHighLevel funnels, nurturing leads and improving conversion rates
  • Track, analyze, and report performance via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and CRM dashboards
  • Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to deliver winning campaigns
  • Communicate directly with U.S.-based clients during EST/CST/MST/PST working hours
  • Close 3–5 campaign-related tasks per day with precision and speed
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, media buying, or performance marketing (preferably for U.S. clients)
  • Proven success managing multiple client accounts (agency experience highly preferred)
  • Expertise in GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
  • Experience with Zoho Suite, HubSpot, or Productive.io is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Confident and personable on client calls
  • Self-starter with a passion for meeting KPIs and improving processes
