Campaign Coordination & Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of all digital and brand marketing
- Track and communicate campaign timelines, deadlines, and
- Act as the central link between internal teams, creative, media, and agencies to keep projects running smoothly.
- Maintain an up to date marketing calendar and proactively flag bottlenecks or
Creative Asset Management
- Centralize and organize all creative assets across platforms and
- Ensure creative files are correctly labeled, version-controlled, and easily accessible for internal and external use.
- Support in packaging and distributing assets across digital, social, product and external media teams.
Stakeholder Communication
- Coordinate internal check-ins, campaign WIPs, and task tracking to keep everyone
- Share regular status updates with stakeholders across
- Ensure clear communication of campaign progress, changes, and deliverables at all
Activation & Event Logistics
- Support the team in coordinating logistics for brand activations, sponsorships and in club
- Liaise with suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure on brand, seamless
- Assist with planning timelines, budgets and post-activation wrap-ups.
Presentation & Reporting Support
- Assist in the creation of professional presentations, strategy decks, and campaign
- Format decks in line with brand CI and ensure stakeholder ready output.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or project support or coordination role
- A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or similar
- Solid project coordination skills with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts
- Ability to collaborate across multiple business units, functions, departments,
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Slides/Docs
- Exposure to project management tools (e.g. Asana, com, Trello) is a plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and creative formats (social, display, email)
- Are a natural organizer and problem solver
- Are calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
