Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in Quality Control, Device Testing, or Technical Support within hardware or fintech.
• Proven track record of maintaining accuracy in device inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough checks on devices to ensure compliance with standards.
• Test hardware components and verify software functionality.
• Validate SIM connectivity and perform test transactions.
• Configure devices according to specifications.
• Identify and document defective devices and issues.
• Ensure adherence to QC standards and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with logistics and technical teams for process improvements.
