Job summary

A leading staffing solutions firm is seeking a proactive Dealer Financial Operations Manager in Pretoria. The role involves managing financial operations across the dealer network, enhancing dealer profitability, and overseeing dealer claims processing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive industry. This is a full-time, 12-month contract position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial finance, dealer operations, or marketing finance.
• Proven experience in incentive program management and claims processing.
• Experience in the automotive industry or similar sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse dealership financials to evaluate profitability and identify areas of improvement.
• Design, implement, and manage dealer incentive programs.
• Manage allocation and utilization of the Dealer Advertisement Fund.
• Oversee the end-to-end process for dealer claims including incentives and reimbursements.
• Develop and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
