An educational technology company in Pretoria seeks a Customer Success Consultant to partner with schools, ensuring they maximize the value of the debt and fee management solution. Candidates should have strong customer relationship skills, a background in finance, and experience in customer-facing roles within SaaS or education. This role has a direct impact on schools achieving financial sustainability and delivering quality education.
As a Customer Success Consultant, you’ll partner closely with school leadership teams to ensure they unlock the full value of Fease, our debt and fee management solution. You’ll be the trusted advisor guiding schools through onboarding, training, and ongoing support - helping them set up effective workflows, increase adoption, and confidently use financial insights to make informed decisions.
