Requirements: Grade 12 Qualification in Sales distinct advantage, Experience within a Call Centre Environment (doing sales), Excellent written and verbal communication, Data capturing / admin experience, Strong computer literacy.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Managing all customer feedback requirements
• Developing positive relationships with customers
