Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of experience as a 1st Officer on a cruise ship or private yacht.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
• Basic mechanical and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Captain in managing and operating the vessel.
• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew onboard the cruise ship.
• Supervise and train other crew members.
