A leading company in Legal AI is seeking a CRM Administrator to manage HubSpot and optimize customer data for a fast-paced go-to-market team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot, a strong understanding of CRM best practices, and excellent communication skills. As our first dedicated CRM Administrator you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our customer data supporting RevOps strategy and enabling the entire go-to-market team to move faster and smarter. You will lead efforts to audit clean and optimise our CRM HubSpot and build workflows and automations that support marketing sales and customer success operations.
