What you will do as a CRM Administrator

As our first dedicated CRM Administrator you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our customer data supporting RevOps strategy and enabling the entire go-to-market team to move faster and smarter. You will lead efforts to audit clean and optimise our CRM HubSpot and build workflows and automations that support marketing sales and customer success operations.

Day-to-day responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams to optimise lead routing scoring and lifecycle stages
  • Streamline processes and align CRM with GTM strategy
  • Build and maintain workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
  • Implement processes to ensure high-quality data capture at every stage of the funnel
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for weekly / monthly GTM leadership meetings
  • Establish and maintain data quality rules naming conventions and documentation
  • Monitor deal pipeline hygiene and ensure data quality standards are maintained
  • Manage inbound lead allocation and assignment for sales team members
  • Maintain data hygiene by cleaning deduplicating and enriching existing records in our CRM HubSpot
  • Evaluate and implement CRM-integrated tools that improve usability and performance
  • Clean and manage lists for marketing activities to ensure effectiveness
  • Manage user access roles and permissions in HubSpot while providing day-to-day support for CRM users including troubleshooting and training
  • Stay on top of HubSpot product updates and best practices
Qualifications
  • 2 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM (HubSpot certification a plus). We are open to candidates with only Salesforce experience
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data governance principles
  • Experience with workflow automation list management and reporting
  • Meticulous attention to detail and passion for clean structured data
  • Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across Sales Marketing and CS teams
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and handling multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with RevOps or GTM strategy in B2B environments
  • Bonus points: experience with other tools in our tech stack (e.g. ZoomInfo Gong)
  • Knowledge of lead lifecycle management MQL / SQL definitions and funnel reporting
  • Background in revenue operations or business systems administration
