A leading cosmetics distributor is seeking a KZN Promoter Lead to oversee daily operations and drive sales in multiple locations. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of retail experience and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. Qualifications

• At least 2 years retail and cosmetics experience.
• Supervisory/Leadership experience in a retail environment is required.
• Must be willing to work weekends/shifts/in different mall locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of promoters to drive sales.
• Facilitate training and coaching of promoters.
