Our client in the financial industry in Claremont, Cape Town, is looking for a CORPORATE EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SPECIALIST/GROUP SALES with solid sales background in long- OR short-term insurance.
Your primary focus will be to drive sales of the Client's Staff Cover product.

Your duties will include:
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities via your own networks and online platforms
- Marketing the products to both your own leads and those generated by our marketing team
- Delivering compelling sales presentations that engage business owners and decision-makers
- Building lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referrals
- Focus on closing high-value deals while ensuring long-term client satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction to improve the customer value proposition
- Stay adaptable as responsibilities evolve with the company’s growth
Experience and Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- RE5 (preferably, not compulsory)
- Minimum 1-year insurance sales experience
- Business 2 Business Sales experience (compulsory)
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Face-to-face selling experience is advantageous
- Good fluency in English and Afrikaans (compulsory)
Sales and Tech Skills:
- Ability to create and deliver engaging, visually appealing sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and LinkedIn for networking and sales
- Skilled in sourcing leads independently and leveraging various channels to build a robust pipeline
