Conveyancing Secretary / Paralegal (Real Estate / Property Law)

Location: Gauteng, Randburg

Salary: R17 000 ctc

Job Purpose: To provide high-level administrative and legal support to a Conveyancing Attorney, ensuring that all property transfer matters including private, commercial, and government-sponsored transfers (with particular emphasis on Human Settlements matters) are handled efficiently, accurately, and within prescribed legal and statutory timeframes, from initial instruction to final registration.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Matric is essential; a Conveyancing Secretary Certificate or Paralegal Diploma will be a distinct advantage.

Proficiency in conveyancing software such as GhostConvey, LexisConvey, WinDeed, or similar systems is required.
