Qualifications

• Proven experience in handling residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters independently.

• Significant experience in conveyancing, preferably within a law firm or real estate legal practice.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, transfer deeds, leases, and mortgage documentation.
• Conducting due diligence, including reviewing title documents and managing legal issues.
• Advising clients on all legal aspects of property transactions.
• Ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
