Overview

Content Creator | Administrator (JB5656) — Remote for applicants living in South Africa. Salary: R20 - 25 000 per month, negotiable. Employment Type: 12-month renewable contract. Working Hours: UK Business Hours. We’re looking for an Administrator / Content Creator to join a fast-growing, fast-paced UK-based group of design-focused brands in construction, interiors, kitchens, and architecture.

In this role, you'll split your time between keeping daily operations running smoothly while driving engaging digital content across multiple brands. This varied role blends administration with creativity, offering exposure to both business support and brand-building.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, adaptable, and digitally savvy, with proven administrative experience and the creative ability to produce impactful social media and marketing content.

Minimum Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe and general digital tools.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar content creation tools.
  • Ability to multitask across brands and projects.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Marketing Support: Create and publish engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and digital campaigns; Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels; Monitor social media accounts, respond to messages, and support community engagement; Assist in planning and executing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest; Use Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools to design and deliver impactful content.
  • Administration: Provide day-to-day administrative support across all brands; Manage schedules, correspondence, and document handling; Assist with project coordination; Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems; Support senior management with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • This is the ideal role for someone who thrives on variety, is highly organised, and has the creative skills to strengthen digital content while keeping operations running smoothly.
