Qualifications

  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping.

  • Valid South African driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with bookkeeping and daily financial updates.
  • Maintain accurate daily bookkeeping and cashbook updates.
  • Support monthly reconciliations and assist with management reports.
  • Help prepare payroll information and statutory submissions.
  • Reconcile creditor accounts and monitor income vs. budget.
  • Administering shop sales and stock control processes.
