What you'll do
- As Compliance and Human Resources Manager, you will be entrusted with balancing two core pillars: driving regional sales performance while championing best-in-class HR practices.
- Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with boutique teams and support office colleagues as you oversee recruitment processes, coach managers on performance improvement plans, conduct regular store audits for compliance assurance, and resolve operational challenges efficiently.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and headhunting for critical sales positions within the region.

- Proven track record of implementing effective employee engagement initiatives alongside robust retention strategies that have delivered measurable results.
- Comprehensive experience handling sales performance data coupled with advanced skills in coaching teams towards improved outcomes through structured development plans.
