• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Marketing Manager preferably within the Property Estate Management or Hospitality Industry
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management Corporate Communications Public Relations or related field is essential
• Proficient in MS Office Website Management Email Marketing Platforms
• Experienced in Event Management HOA Stakeholder Engagement Content Creation Brand Management Budget Management
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Own Transport required

Salary Structure

• Annual CTC of R 340 000 based on experience
