Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of baked goods, such as bread, pastries, and desserts
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and portion sizes
• Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers
• Decorate and package finished products for display and sale
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients and products
• Follow all safety and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and storage procedures
• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth and efficient baking process
• Continuously strive to improve baking techniques and recipes to meet guest expectations and preferences
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
