Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for delivering seamless client onboarding and expansion experiences? Office Beacon is looking for a Client Onboarding Director to own the end-to-end implementation journey for new clients and ongoing client expansions, ensuring operational rigor, clarity, and consistency that accelerate time-to-value and build client confidence.

About the Role:

As Client Onboarding Director, you will be the vital operational bridge between Sales, Client Experience, Operations, Recruiting, Payroll, IT, and Compliance—driving smooth, high-quality transitions that align with Office Beacon’s standards. Your leadership will ensure all client implementations, role additions, and service transitions are executed flawlessly across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own all client onboarding and expansion implementations, defining success criteria and timelines
  • Partner closely with Sales and Account Leadership for clean and accurate handoffs
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks prior to onboarding or expansion starts
  • Coordinate recruiting, staffing, payroll, HR, IT, security, and compliance readiness
  • Ensure systems access, documentation, and training are prepared before go-live
  • Act as escalation lead for complex or high‑risk implementations
  • Maintain proactive client communication and manage change impacts during transitions
  • Build and maintain onboarding playbooks, SOPs, and governance frameworks
  • Track KPIs like time-to-productivity, onboarding satisfaction, and retention indicators
  • Lead, coach, and develop the onboarding and implementation team
  • Build capacity planning models to support predictable growth
What You Bring:
  • 8+ years’ experience in onboarding, implementation, client success, or operations leadership
  • Proven success managing both new client onboarding and expansions
  • Experience in BPO, global services, staffing, SaaS, or professional services environments preferred
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership and client‑facing skills
  • Ability to scale processes in fast‑growth and complex global environments
  • Expertise in program and change management, operational judgment, and risk awareness
  • Data‑driven mindset with continuous improvement focus
