Your key responsibilities as the CTO in Johannesburg will include:

• Overseeing, managing, and directing the Group Technology function
• Ensuring the strategic aims of the Group are met and communicating the Board's vision
• Aligning technical delivery and operations with business strategy
• Delivering new features that add value for customers and meet their needs
• Owning system architecture, team processes, and technical solutions delivery
• Collaborating with Senior Management to define and achieve short-term and long-term goals
• Communicating technology strategy and roadmaps to stakeholders
• Structuring and managing technology teams
• Mentoring future senior technical leaders
• Advising on technological options to address business challenges
