Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for a luxury safari lodge in the North West.

This live-in position is ideal for a skilled chef with a passion for creating high-quality cuisine in a fast-paced luxury lodge environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present dishes according to the lodge's menu and food standards
  • Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all food served
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Assist with stock management, ordering and rotation of ingredients
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
  • Adhere to health and safety standards including correct use of kitchen equipment and chemicals
  • Support training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff when required
  • Assist with banquets, special events and game drive catering as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury lodge hotel or high-end hospitality environment
  • Strong culinary skills including knowledge of hot and cold kitchen sections
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP principles
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a remote lodge environment
