- Call Cycle Management
- Adhere strictly to the established call cycle
- Attend to all ad hoc requests promptly
- Store Engagement
- Conduct regular meetings with department managers at stores
- Maintain strong working relationships with store personnel
- Daily Reporting
- Submit daily reports summarizing all findings
- Report discrepancies and issues to store management
- Follow up on all requests sent to stores
- Stock Management
- Monitor and manage aged stock
- Ensure stock integrity through accurate inventory accounting
- Oversee clearance of stock
- Merchandising Standards
- Maintain visual and operational merchandising standards across stores
- Training & Development
- Conduct merchandising training sessions
- Deliver seasonal product training (e.g., heaters, electric blankets)
- Facilitate BBQ and gas product training
