The Learnership is a structured work-based program, affording unemployed youth work experience in our company. This program gives unemployed youth workplace experience or an opportunity to practice the work skills in order to assist them in the future with their chosen occupations.
The successful applicants will enter into a fixed term Learnership agreement for 12 months (not an employment contract) with the company and receive a stipend. This is a learning opportunity for the unemployed that has a passion for call centre and would like to gain experience in order to pursue a career in the Financial and Insurance industry.
In accordance with OUTsurance Insurance Company Ltd Employment Equity goals, preference will be given to individuals who meet the job requirements and are from the various designated groups.
