Job Responsibilities

  • Drive Hikvision's entry into supplier lists of government departments, police forces, and major state-owned enterprises. Take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from bidding to payment collection.
  • Organize regular technical workshops to strengthen brand and product awareness among clients.
  1. Industry Ecosystem Building
  • Identify and establish partnerships with top-tier local system integrators. Build a Hikvision ecosystem alliance and jointly develop go-to-market strategies.
  1. Cutting-edge Competitiveness
  • Participate in HQ-led technical training programs to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the market.
  1. Project Acquisition and Quick Wins
  • The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong capabilities in project acquisition and execution. A result-oriented approach with fast project cycles is expected to ensure 100% achievement of sales targets.
Job Requirements
  1. Minimum Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: 3+ years in security/IT hardware sales, with experience leading security projects valued at over USD 500,000 preferred.
  1. Preferred Qualifications
  • Government Project Experience: Proven track record of helping brands win major government contracts or enter government shortlists (please include specific strategies and case examples).
  • Strong Client Acquisition Skills: Experience in developing top-tier industry system integrators or consistently generating client pipelines.
