We are searching for an energetic, results-driven Business Development Executive who excels at building relationships, creating new business opportunities, and driving sales within the services sector. Responsibilities – Business Development & Sales (Cape Town)
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities using cold calling, social networking, and participation in local industry events.
  • Conduct client meetings, understand client requirements, and deliver tailored, engaging presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales, building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.
  • Work closely with the Cape Town team to meet and exceed monthly revenue and growth targets.
  • Provide regular updates on the sales pipeline and market insights to the leadership team.
Essential Skills & Experience – Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales for services, with a focus on business development or client acquisition.
  • Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, cold calling, and securing new accounts.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the localisation industry is an advantage.
