Responsibilities
Work closely with product owners, developers and stakeholders to conceive and execute product initiatives.
Propose solutions, justify them to teams, and take ownership of allocated stories, driving consensus with stakeholders.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define priorities, build consensus, and coordinate product roadmaps and schedules across multi-disciplinary teams.
Drive business-case development for strategic technical projects and facilitate communication throughout the product development process.
Assist with UX redesigns and ongoing improvements according to continuous integration best practices.
Contribute to technical and design specifications documentation.
Discuss technical solutions with developers and propose innovative ideas.
Stay aware of industry issues and trends, especially regarding accessibility, usability and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into future projects.
Continuously learn new technologies and keep abreast of market developments.
Qualifications & Experience
4+ years experience in web UX, ecommerce or related domains.
System and business analysis experience.
Strong data querying skills.
Experience working for consumer-facing organisations.
Agile, Scrum or similar iterative software delivery expertise.
Fundamental knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS programming.
Experience with multiple database technologies.
Good understanding of web accessibility and UX best practices.
