BMS Service Sales Engineer, London/South East

Impact Control Systems are looking for a service & maintenance sales engineer to join our London team working with our existing client base and expanding it with new clients.

The ideal candidate will ideally have BMS experience; however we would consider a background in FM or mechanical contracts with the aim to develop your BMS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Actively seeking new business opportunities within the London & Greater London area from end users and FM providers
• Maximising on existing opportunities by maintaining client relationships and an awareness of engineers on site works and findings
• Ensuring quotations are completed in line with company procedures and meet tender specifications & client requirements
• Assisting maintenance co-ordinators with remedial quotes and general queries
• You will report to the Service Manager and work with them and other Managers to provide an all-round service to clients including national contracts and project related maintenance works
• Supporting onsite service engineers with relevant contract & site information
• You will have an annual sales target of £500,000 which will be reviewed each year
• Liaising with suppliers to keep product knowledge up to date and relevant
