Overview

The BI/AI Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for Strategic Analytics and will lead a multidisciplinary team of BI developers and data analysts across multiple strategic initiatives, including people analytics, operational reporting, and commercial analytics. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop BI developers and data analysts across multiple business domains.
• Coach team members on stakeholder engagement, storytelling with data, and technical skills.
• Foster a culture of analytical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable data initiatives.
• Manage project portfolios spanning people analytics, strategic business insights, operational reporting, and predictive analytics.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance in data modelling, BI development, SQL, and data integration.
• Drive the development and adoption of dashboards, KPI frameworks, and predictive models.
• Oversee data governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Ensure delivery of analytics projects on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, engineering or related field.
• 8+ years combined experience in BI development, data analytics, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in data modelling, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and ETL processes.
• Proven track record of delivering analytics projects that impact strategic decision-making.
• Experience managing cross-functional analytics teams and balancing competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

• Familiarity with HR analytics, operational performance reporting, and financial analytics.
• Experience with AI/ML applications in analytics.
• Coaching or leadership development certification.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
